Search and upvote post from the intercom admin console

As of now we can only include a board from the Hellonext app on Intercom’s conversation console. It would be great if we provide an option to search and send a post/ upvote a post using the Hellonext app on Intercom’s admin console. Sample screenshot: https://tinyurl.com/yju9ocjy
