Comments from admins when comment moderation is on

I was hoping to get clarity on something. If I’ve enabled comment moderation for my boards, will I need to moderate comments even from admins/managers?

I would much prefer to allow admins (ie. trusted staff) to comment without the need to approve those comments; the reason we’d enable comment moderation is to prevent spam on an otherwise public feedback board. If it’s not possible to exclude admin comments from moderation, please consider that a feature request 😄

Can someone clarify how this works? Thanks!
